First payment — 7-day guarantee

If LegendPrompts isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment only, whether monthly or annual.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your billing date — cancellation is one click in your account page, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email visionarylabsmedia@gmail.com from the email address on your account within the 7-day window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try the service with confidence. Accounts that abuse it — for example, bulk-copying prompts and then requesting a refund — may have the request declined and access removed.
