1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of LegendPrompts (legendprompts.ai), operated by an independent creator based in Texas, United States ("LegendPrompts", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

LegendPrompts is a library of prompts for AI image and video generation. Browsing the catalog — previews, descriptions, and examples of real output — is free. A paid subscription unlocks the prompt text itself: the Pro tier unlocks image prompts, and the Legend tier unlocks all prompts, including video prompts, exclusives, and early-access releases. To keep the service fair and available, prompt-text access is rate-limited; normal personal use will never hit these limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area) to use LegendPrompts. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or a one-time email link; there are no passwords. Keep your sign-in email accessible — it is how your subscription is tied to you. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity on your account and should contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected. Prices may change — existing subscribers will be notified before a change affects their renewal. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use and license

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt text to generate content with AI tools, including for your own commercial projects. You may not:

— republish, resell, share, or redistribute the prompt text itself, in bulk or individually, or use it to build a competing prompt collection; — scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or access the service by automated means beyond normal browser use; — attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls, or probe the service's security; — share account access or resell access to your account; — use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate violations, suspend or block offending accounts and IP addresses, and take legal action where warranted. Violations are grounds for immediate termination without refund.

7. Ownership, outputs, and AI

The prompt texts, site content, design, and the LegendPrompts brand are our intellectual property; no license is granted except as stated in Section 6. Content you generate with third-party AI models using our prompts is yours to use, subject to the terms of the model provider you use.

Be aware of the nature of AI generation: models are probabilistic, model behavior changes over time, and we do not guarantee that any model will produce results identical to the previews shown on the site. Previews are real, unedited outputs from the moment they were generated, not a promise of future model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing anything you generate before publishing it, including for third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, or likenesses. Note also that purely AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the makers of the AI models named on the site (such as Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, or Kuaishou); their names are used only to identify which model each prompt targets, and your use of those models is governed by their own terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 7 and 9 through 13 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEGENDPROMPTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PROMPT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT WITH ANY AI MODEL.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegendPrompts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LegendPrompts harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of LegendPrompts after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
